The wine growing business of the Uchida family, in the heart of the Japanese wine region, has long been among the most respected by Japanese connoisseurs.

Their cellar was a double challenge for us: our first project in the Far East, and our first confrontation with a mentality that was previously foreign to us.

However, we succeeded in pleasing the Uchida family beyond their expectations.
